Most organisations use a mix of public workshops and in-house programmes. Knowing when to use each saves money and improves outcomes.
Public workshops
Best for one to four participants. Staff learn alongside peers from other organisations and countries, which brings fresh ideas and networking.
In-house training
Best for groups of eight or more. The content is tailored to your organisation, and training can take place at your offices or a venue of your choice, often at a lower cost per person.
Our advice
Use public workshops for specialist skills held by a few people, and in-house programmes for team-wide change such as leadership, customer service or new systems.
