Frequently asked questions
How do I book a course?
Open any course page and tap Register, or send us the course title, preferred dates, venue and number of participants on WhatsApp or email. We confirm availability and send an invoice.
Can I change the dates or venue after booking?
Yes. We can transfer your booking to another date or venue at no cost where places are available. Substituting a colleague is always free.
How do I get an invoice or quotation for my employer?
Send the course, dates and participant names to training@trainingcdfa.com and we will issue a quotation or invoice, including any group discounts for in-house programmes.
When do I receive my certificate?
Certificates of completion are issued at the end of the course. Digital copies are emailed within a few working days.
Do you run courses in-house at our organisation?
Yes. Most of our courses can be delivered at your premises or a venue of your choice, tailored to your team. See In-House Training for details or ask us for a proposal.
Which countries do you train in?
